Skills and tools
An agent is only as good as what it knows how to do. Each skill below is a folder of instructions, its own data and small, tested scripts, written for Indian audiences: Hinglish, Hindi, lakh and crore, RERA and the rest. The agents load the skill they need at each stage.
We will publish them as an open-source Claude plugin under the MIT licence once they have run on our own channels.

Idea
Lays out the week's posts across every channel without exceeding what the board can review, and writes decisions with a recommendation and dissent.
How: A deterministic slot planner, then researched topics per slot.
Hinglish hooks
Script
Writes opening lines in English, Hindi or Hinglish from our own formulas, filled only with sourced facts.
How: A weakest-link scorer checks length, specificity, tension, honesty, evidence and script.
Hinglish voice
Voice
Prepares narration for Indian text-to-speech: ₹45,00,000 becomes forty-five lakh rupees, brand names are said right, Hindi voices get Devanagari.
How: A pronunciation lexicon that grows; unknown words go to a person, never guessed.
Indic captions

Word-by-word captions that never split a word or a Hindi letter cluster, so a matra never sits alone.
How: Measures lines in visible clusters, not characters.
Sound library
Sound
Finds music and stings, times them so the accent lands on the cut, and blocks export of anything not cleared.
How: A hash-chained rights ledger: editing any past entry breaks the chain and stops every export.
Compliance packs
Check
Checks every piece against RERA advertising rules, SEBI education-only rules, ASCI labels, AI labelling, platform originality and DPDP consent.
How: Rules with their sources; a block stops the piece before it reaches the board.
Channel analyst
After
Ranks each post against its own channel's median and learns which hooks work.
How: Official analytics APIs only; no scraping.
Festival kit
Idea
Festival dates by state, greetings, motifs and sounds, reviewed for culture.
How: Curated data, reviewed by a person.

What we will not use
Nothing that scrapes Instagram or drives a logged-in browser, no audio without a licence we have read and saved, no copyleft code inside what we host, and no art licensed for non-commercial use only.
