Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and keep it up to date.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorisation, disrupting them, reverse-engineering them, infringing others’ rights, or using them for unlawful purposes.

Paid plans and purchases are billed as described at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay); by paying you also agree to the processor’s terms. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter. Subscription fees for the current period, and digital products or usage credits already accessed or consumed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a charge was duplicated or made in error. To request a refund, email support@prodigalai.com within 7 days of the charge with your transaction reference; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay Software Private Limited (Razorpay) and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

You retain ownership of the content and materials you upload to the Services. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you provide and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Prodigal AI or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

The Services may link to or integrate third-party products and services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prodigal AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
